TMS Protect was founded by Shantelle Badman, an experienced event security professional with a strong background in high-capacity venues and complex live environments.
 
Shantelle established the company with a clear mission: to raise operational standards within the event security industry through structure, accountability and strong leadership.
 
Her hands-on experience in nightlife and festival environments shapes the company’s culture — disciplined, professional and proactive.
