Here at TMS we specialise in providing high calibre Door Supervisors covering everything from licensed premises such as pubs, clubs, events, shows, and festivals. No contract is too big or too small, we will supply the staff best suited to each role focusing on using staff that best reflect your values and beliefs without compromising on capability.

We offer a free consultation service with each of our packages to ensure we can get to know you, the venue, and your requirements as well as addressing potential vulnerabilities to consider during our site visit.

We then make sure to conduct an in-depth risk assessment of the venue, event, or site covering all areas for potential risk. This may include, but not subjective to, location, capacity, exit routes, potential targets, and assets. This allows to provide a security solution which accounts for all the possible risks and dangers that could occur.

We understand that no two events are the same and will enter each contract with a personal solution, catered for your individual requirements. We will take as much weight off your shoulders as possible by liaising with the police and other local authorities to allow you to concentrate on the smooth operation of your business.

CCTV Operators

A CCTV (closed circuit television) operator will monitor and control premises via surveillance cameras placed to detect and prevent crime and protect people. Areas include public spaces, buildings, and places such as construction sites.

With one of our trained CCTV operators overwatching your cameras you can be sure that any suspicious activity is reported and dealt with in a timely and effective manner. The operative will also ensure any incidents are reported correctly and logged as requested by you.

Regular monitoring and reporting will identify common issues across different times and spaces and can aid in the risk management and prevention protocol to reduce the likelihood of incidents. Drone Recording

Using top of the range technology we can undertake drone inspections, surveys, mapping, photography, and video services. These services can be completed day or night, safely and effectively. All video imagery is of 4K HD quality.

This service can be used alongside other services to provide the full package. For example, if requiring event management for a festival or for a risk assessment we can get a plan drawn out using the drone technology. Another example could be using the drone to monitor events from above and react to potential risks before it’s too late, such as queue management and overcrowding.

K9 Units

A highly trained security dog can be an efficient and cost-saving way of providing security in a variety of situations. This service can be provided across a range of different scenarios, either as a one-off or as a regular and longer-term solution.

Dog handlers can be used to provide a solution in an array of different ways: mobile patrols, maned security guarding, search and detection, events and crowd control dogs, and general purpose. Our dog handlers will come with the option of a fitted body cam to ensure all events are recorded for your piece of mind and to aid in the recording and logging of incidents.

What a K9 Units offers you is the deterrence of unwanted attention and the ability to control situations and threats in a way that cannot be replicated. The dogs enhanced senses allow for substance detection as well as distress and the ability to identify perpetrators. They can also cover large areas much more effectively than a manned position.

Safety Stewards

Safety stewards are essential in crowd management, providing a barrier to dangerous areas, directions for customers, customer care, providing a presence, managing entry and exit points, and much more.

Safety stewards can work alongside other security operatives to provide support or work alone and carry out duties of their own. Our safety stewards will be thoroughly briefed so they know the emergency exit routes and procedures, the first aid arrangements of the site, they can aid in the set up and removal of the event equipment, watch out for hazards and potential risks such as overcrowding and aggressive behaviour, and report any incidents correctly and as per required, as well as fulfilling many other roles and duties.

Close Protection

Our close protection officers (CPOs), sometimes referred to as a ‘bodyguard’ will keep clients safe from physical harm and unwanted attention by providing discreet surveillance and continually assessing the surroundings to prevent risks from occurring.

CPOs are highly trained to react quickly and effectively to potentially dangerous situations. However, CPOs are not restricted to protecting the client, they can protect valuable assets, property, lifestyle, image, and reputation.

All CPOs are trained to SIA standard and meet their regulatory standards. They will therefore be knowledgeable in their role, possess excellent communication skills, be alert individuals and understand what potential risks can occur and how to avoid them.

They have the skillset to perform a variety of roles, however, some roles will be more specific to the individual. Roles range from a security driver through to an individual bodyguard and also include counter-attack teams or a quick response force. A list of the possible roles can be found below.

Remote CCTV monitoring allows you to relax knowing that your property is being watched 24/7 by a professional and expert security personnel. Not only does CCTV act as a deterrent but having the systems manned means that any unwanted attention is reported, recorded, and dealt with. This service will prevent damage or loss of property and highlight any reoccurring themes, issues, or problems and come up with a solution to prevent them entirely.

Mobile Response

Mobile patrols can be either by foot or car. They allow a rapid response to any vulnerable areas in your property that require immediate attention. Mobile response units can be a more cost effective solution compared to having a static guard.

Consultancy and Reconnaissance

We begin our process by performing an in-depth risk assessment of the event, which accounts for any varying factors, for example: location, volume of visitors, assets and target demographic. We then design a security solution which considers: access control, visitor screening, crowd management, protection of assets, contingency plans, emergency evacuation and emergency evacuation. Furthermore, we implement a security protocol, which ensures no management conflicts occur between internal staff and our 1st Class team in the lead up to and during the event.

As no two events are the same, our dedicated Event Security Manager will design a personal solution for your event to ensure the absolute security of all present. We also make a point of liaising with the police and local authorities to ensure their cooperation and to create continuous lines of communication, which is especially important in the event of an emergency.
All our event security specialists are trained in Basic First Aid, fully briefed and trained to deal with the variety of incidents that and can manage emergency situations until medical services arrive on scene.
